Let’s bike through the heart of the city on a lovely Sunday in a festive ambiance marking the 375th anniversary of Montréal. Let’s GO for it and enjoy a unique urban experience with friends, family or that special someone by invading the downtown area on two wheels. During the Tour de l’Île, let’s show our love for Montréal, where biking is a way of life.

FREE ADMISSION for kids 12 and under. Registration mandatory. NEW $10 for 13-17 years old.

Registration includes

  • bib and meeting notice (mail-out)
  • 3 rest areas, including 1 on the 28 km circuit (water, toilets, food trucks, entertainment and partners’ activities)
  • MEC booths offering mechanical services (start and finish site, rest areas)
  • on-road support (mechanical and first aid volunteers)
  • Bikeinfo TELUS, your meet-up place throughout the Tour (rest areas, finish site)
  • relief vehicles if you are unable to complete the Tour

  • a lunch at the finish site

Start: 9:15 a.m., Parc Avenue
Cyclists registered in the 50 km Express are first to leave. The start extends until 10:15 a.m.
Rest Areas: kms 19, 33 and 41 (km 19 on the 28 km route)

100 or 65 km Découverte
Start: between 7 and 9:15 a.m., Parc Avenue
Lunchtime rest stop: km 37 or 65
Rest Area 2: km 47 or 82
Rest Area 3: km 55 or 90
Finish: Jeanne-Mance Park

Starting at noon, Montréal complètement cirque offers interactive activities and performances.

Grande roue le Lait

Take a ride on the Grande roue le Lait (Ferris wheel) and Carrousel Jean Coutu (merry-go-round) for a thrilling end to your Tour.

In this milestone year, the 50-km Tour de l’Île not only offers a unique perspective on the city, but also provides innovative support along the way. Every 10 km, the route will be highlighted by lively thematic landmarks aimed at maintaining the pace, keeping spirits high and, above all, making this event a festive, memorable experience.
